At media figures, most of our working day is spent targeting, networking and directly approaching jobseekers not registered on databases or actively looking. This is part of our natural job and does not sit outside of our client charter or our terms of business, it’s just good recruitment for our preferred selection of clients.
We provide an open search practice; we are honest about who and where we can approach and which clients are restricted by previous agreements. Due to the direct nature of our business, we cannot work with every company, but we’re always interested to see if we can discreetly help either a potential employer or employee.
